A Westborough Wander

A gentle stroll to get Walkfest under way. Starting from The Hive Community Centre we explore some of Park Barn's and Westborough’s green spaces

Description of walk: Although mainly residential, Park Barn and Westborough have numerous open areas.  Since wellbeing and “green spaces” are known to be closely linked, this leisurely walk sets out to discover locations such as Westborough Woods and the Trim Trail

​Any specific walk / conditions issues:  There are several slopes and one shallow flight of steps along the way - but no stiles! The route is not suitable for buggies unless they are designed for off-road use.

We will be walking at a gentle pace. Good walking shoes are recommended.

Dogs allowed / not allowed?: Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome
