Description of walk: This is a pleasant undulating walk that largely follows the route of the Fox Way. We will visit two award winning pubs, spending approximately an hour in each, so the walk is neatly split into 3 sections. The first section of 2 miles is from Wanborough Station to the Good Intent, Puttenham, then a further 2 miles will bring us to the Cyder House, Shackleford. The final 3 miles takes us into Godalming, with the walk finishing at the railway station. If walkers wish to have a further drink then the leaders will be retiring to the Star Inn.
Any specific walk / conditions issues: This is a relatively well marked path, but does climb up and down several hills. It is largely rural in nature but crosses both the A31 and A3
Dogs on leads allowed. Both pubs advertise themselves as being dog friendly.
Length of Walk: 7 mile (11km)
