About the event

Description of walk:  Start at Dapdune and follow the towpath to Millmead.  We’ll go up South Hill past Lewis Carroll’s house and on to Pewley Down and Newlands Corner. We then go down to Water Lane and turn left to Albury. On the way back we head to St Martha's and go across the Pilgrim's Way descending to White Lane and Tyting Farm, crossing Halfpenny Lane and continuing until you rejoin the Pilgrim's way below The Chantries. We’ll go through Shalford Park to return to the towpath and Dapdune Wharf.
