Description of walk: This is a peer support group to provide a safe space to meet for a walk and talk without fear or judgement. Come along for a gentle walk, and to chat about whatever is on our minds. If you don’t feel like talking, that’s OK too – our walks are simply an opportunity to meet like-minded people. It is free to join and all are welcome... friends, family and four legged friends! 

Any specific walk / conditions issues:  This is a reasonably flat route at a gentle pace.

 

Dogs allowed / not allowed?: Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome
