An evening walk to see the water and countryside around Send.

Any travel advice: On A247, near to the New Inn on the opposite side of the road. The

New Inn is served by bus 462 (from Guildford at 16:50) and 463 (from Woking at

16:30). The walk will finish by 18:45 to enable return journeys by bus if required.

Description of walk: This is a generally flat walk around Send mostly on footpaths including

some of the Wey Navigation towpath.

Any specific walk / conditions issues: Some parts could be muddy in wet weather. There

are toilet facilities available the New Inn at the start and end of the walk.

Dogs allowed / not allowed?: Sorry, No dogs allowed on this walk

Length of Walk: 3-4 miles (approx 1½ hours)

​
