A morning walk to see the water and countryside around Send.

Any travel advice: On A247, near to the New Inn on the opposite side of the road. The

New Inn is served by bus 462 and 463.

Description of walk: This is a generally flat walk around Send mostly on footpaths including some of the Wey Navigation towpath.

Any specific walk / conditions issues: Some parts could be muddy in wet weather. There

are toilet facilities available the church at the start and New Inn at the end of the walk.

Dogs allowed / not allowed?: Sorry, No dogs allowed

Length of Walk: 5 miles (approx 2½ hours)

Book: Please book in advance. Please let me know if you would like to eat at the New

Inn at the end of the walk. Please note that this walk is joint with Woking Leisure 50+

walking group.
