Description of walk: Newlands Corner is on the boundary of different rock types, each with their own particular plants and buildings. This will be a slow walk with stops, led by a geologist to look at the stratigraphy and the geological structure of the locality and pick out the differences. Picnic lunch (or use café at end)
Any specific walk / conditions issues: One very steep hill. This is a slow circular walk with stops.
Dogs allowed / not allowed?: Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome
